One of Gamine’s greatest influences, Billy Mackenzie, died 15 years ago. What a voice!
Gamine’s sometime trumpeter and all-round musical experimentalist, John Eacott, has composed the soundtrack to a new production of The Taming Of The Shrew by the Royal Shakespeare Company. We’re sure it’ll be marvellous, so do go!

We have been busy working on a licence for our lovely lullaby album, ‘You Can Cry (And Other Lullabies)’ for our friends in Japan, which will appear in a slightly different version with some exclusive live Gamine recordings and we are delighted to report that it should be available on December 7th 2011 via the Kilk label.
Yes, you can buy copies of our lovely new album, a collection of special Gamine lullabies called ‘You Can Cry (And Other Lullabies)’. We have already made it available as a download release on the likes of iTunes, 7digital and most other well-known download sites (our bandcamp page is best - and you can now also buy our marvellous ‘Sabotage’ album there as a download) and now it is available on CD in actual (and virtual) shops. But best of all, you can buy it straight away from our website.
